Talent Acquisition Specialist | DITO Telecommunity Corporation Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the revenue and business performance (sell‑in, sell‑out, gross fired‑out) of the distributor for Airtime and Activation. This includes ensuring efficient management of the distribution network and the consistent availability of DITO products and services. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Management Manage, monitor, and ensure the achievement of territory performance targets. Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to drive DITO’s mobile business within the assigned territory. Set strategic objectives for the Territory Distributor (TD) area and approve trade marketing programs within budget. Conduct business reviews with distributors and attend TD/Sub‑D/Retailer meetings. Translate HQ directives into actionable tasks and ensure network compliance. Supervision & Training Supervise teams to ensure adherence to business processes and policies. Coach TD personnel and promote best practice sharing among them. Provide ongoing training to Distributors, Operations Managers, and Salesmen on: Product & service knowledge Call procedures Market Development & Insights Conduct regular market visits (minimum: 1 TD, 5 sub‑distributors, 50 outlets weekly). Gather market insights to support strategic planning and execution. Submit timely and accurate field evaluation and validation reports. Cascade sales and marketing programs to the distribution network. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years’ sales supervisory experience in consumer markets, retail, sales, and distribution. Strong knowledge of channel organization systems and the local telecom industry. Well‑connected with local business partners to build and expand distribution channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
