Job Description DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 Global IT Services Leader, is looking for a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Developer in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role will lead a team responsible for package software application development and collaborate on transformation programs across our customer’s IT estate. Responsibilities Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development. Support project execution and resource allocation. Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives. Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions. Provide technical assistance to team members. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments. Help identify and resolve project challenges. Mandatory Skills ABAP S4, RAP, Basic Fiori, SAP MM functional – nice to have. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent education and experience. Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Technical knowledge in package applications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Other Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field – a plus. Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training – a plus. Knowledge and work experience with SAP Next-Gen development, such as CDS, SAP Fiori, S4, and front‑end development skills. Candidates with SAP BTP dev work experience are a big plus. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Advanced degree in a relevant field – a plus. At least trained in S4 HANA skills (CDS Views, oDATA, RAP), Node.js, Java, BTP CAPM, Fiori Applications, ACR Build.
