CT-MRI Technologist

The University of Santo Tomas Hospital is seeking a skilled professional to perform various CT/MRI procedures as prescribed by the Radiologist on duty, following Standard Operating Procedures. Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Checking request as to type of examination to be done and completeness of information Giving instructions, explaining to patients what to expect in the procedure, and advising them of the contraindications Ensuring that patients or relatives properly sign the consent form Preparing items and equipment necessary for the procedure Assisting in positioning the patient before, during, and after the procedure Performing the desired examination Providing appropriate patient care and recognizing patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedures Performing computer processing and related techniques, producing images for interpretation Strictly following CT-MRI protocols to ensure optimal scanner performance in terms of image quality Immediately notifying superiors of any image artifacts or equipment problems or malfunctions Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the working area Benefits The hospital offers a range of benefits, including: Employee Discount Training Subsidy Employee Assistance Program Professional Development opportunities Bereavement Leave Birthday Leave Maternity and Paternity Leave Sick Leave Solo Parent Leave Vacation Leave Working Location The position is based on-site in Manila.
