For more information, visit: Motion Graphic Designer Responsibilities Design and produce game UI motion graphics and special effects resources (including particle effects, UI animation, character actions, etc.) based on the product’s visual style and project requirements to improve game performance, enhance fun, and increase immersion. Participate in project planning and provide creative motion graphics design solutions. Collaborate with the art team to ensure the motion graphics style is consistent with the overall visual direction, and follow up on implementation to maintain design consistency in the game. Work closely with the development team to optimize game performance and ensure smooth motion graphics across different devices. Participate in workflow and resource management optimization, assist in establishing and improving motion graphics specifications, and continuously optimize performance to enhance user experience. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in game UI motion graphics; experience in game projects preferred. Strong sense of rhythm, attention to detail, familiarity with laws of motion, and solid aesthetic sense in Motion Design (language, consistency, color, composition). Good understanding of implementation and performance effects in motion graphics, with the ability to balance design and execution quality. Proficiency in tools such as Spine, After Effects (AE), Keel, Photoshop (PS), and other related software, with practical project experience in animation design. Strong learning ability, teamwork, and communication skills; sense of responsibility; passion for games; creativity and design innovation; and unique insights into user experience.
