Duties and Responsibilities Set up client files and add client data to the financial planning software Prepare forms, documents, and templates Type up client questionnaires and portfolio reports Prepare product comparison reports by contacting insurance and investment companies to obtain specific client portfolio information Prepare insurance premium estimates and quotes using specified software Prepare application forms, reports, and mindmap presentations Submit application forms and follow up on applications, insurance underwriting, medicals, etc. Phoning clients and establishing good working relationships Download and collate documents and other research Update and maintain client database Basic marketing activities (e.g., sending email newsletters, arranging client events) Managing database in CRM system Client-facing tasks that require providing quality service via Zoom, online messages, or phone conversations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field At least 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Planning Assistant Passion for customer service Proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proficiency or familiarity with Google Workspace Excellent communication and research skills Ability to self-manage and show initiative to drive results Flexibility; ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and prioritize projects Willingness to undergo training for the Australian accredited Finance and Mortgage Broking Certification Willingness to work twice a week onsite in the Angeles Pampanga office What’s in It for You Flexibility: Hybrid work (remote and in-office) with better work-life balance Inspiring Workspaces: Offices designed to fuel productivity Free Unlimited Barista Coffee and Booze: Refreshments available in our cafe and beverage bar Dynamic Open Spaces: Conducive to productivity and creativity State-of-the-Art Security: Ensuring safety and peace of mind Game Rooms: Recreation facilities to unwind Competitive Compensation: Compensation aligned with your talents and client negotiations Professional Growth: Ongoing training and development opportunities A Supportive Community: Diverse and inclusive team dedicated to your success Global Impact: Be part of something bigger and make a difference globally Ready to Make a Difference?
