Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce CRM (certification or advanced-level experience is a strong advantage). Strong understanding of data hygiene , segmentation , and lead management in a B2B setting. Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6Sense). Familiarity with data attribution models (e.g., First-Touch, Last-Touch) and campaign influence models. Experience supporting external lead creation processes (Lead Generation forms, API, Imports, Cross-system Syncs). Knowledge of marketing compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CPRA, HIPPA). Your Daily Tasks Monitor and analyze the health of data between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure proper sync and data integrity. Report on system performance, lead lifecycle, and attribution for data-informed marketing decisions. Assist in implementing and optimizing lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking. Support the creation of marketing dashboards and reports in Marketo and other tools. Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with marketing regulations. Collaborate on automation, campaign execution, database imports, and performance improvements. Help enforce compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CPRA, HIPPA). Contribute to the continuous optimization of the marketing technology stack, especially around Marketo and Salesforce.
