What you'll be doing? Lead audit engagements : Plan, perform, and review audit work, ensuring timely completion of projects. Mentor junior staff : Guide and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development. Client relationship management : Work closely with clients, managing expectations and nurturing ongoing partnerships. Ethical decision-making : Identify and address unethical behavior, applying appropriate ethical principles. Adapt to change : Navigate less standardized work contexts and frequent changes in the external environment. Who are they looking for? Qualified professionals : Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Experienced auditors : At least 1-2 years of experience in external audit roles, demonstrating growth and skill development.
