Role Description

The Corporate and Institutional Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao/Cebu/‘Metro Manila. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new corporate and institutional accounts, building long-term relationships, and promoting the company’s travel and tour solutions to organizations. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to customize travel packages. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing business performance, and providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status. The officer collaborates with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction across all corporate and institutional engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and sales skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and closing corporate or institutional accounts.
  • Advanced analytical skills and basic finance knowledge to evaluate proposals, pricing, margins, and account performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management across different organizational levels.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or corporate account management is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
