Recruitment / Compliance / Discipline Management QUALIFICATIONS At least 1-3 years of working experience in Auditing Quality Management/Supplier Management Audit With Exposure in Systems and Social Compliance, Labor and Ethics, Health and Safety etc... Has experience in auditing against ISO9000, International Standards such as SA8000, RBA, SMETA, WRAP, FLA, ICTI, GSV and vendor compliance programs. Strictly adheres to corporate code of ethics and morally upright Knowledgeable on existing labor laws especially governing set-up Ability to make solid decisions and carry out independent technical judgment in a manner consistent to complete procedural and documentation issues of the job Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for leading the audit team. Conducts social audits professionally and in compliance with the guidelines following client’s standard operating procedure. Conducts social audits based on various standards and code of conducts of various clientele, on behalf of whom we conduct the assessment and ensures compliance to corporate requirements. Prepares the audit plan, conducts meetings, and submits the formal audit report to superior or as defined in the existing procedure of the Company. Performs the audit opening & closing meeting as per client requirements. Creates formal audit reports and delivers audit report timely and accurately. Ensures file management and traceability of audit reports following the 5S of good housekeeping program of the company. Trains/helps new auditors to achieve their required level. Ensures effective closure of audits by working with auditees to ensure comprehension, development, and execution of corrective/preventive action with regards to any non conformities cited during audits. Performs internal quality assurance audits to ISO/IEC17020 & 17025 as maybe required by the Company and other applicable Standards to ensure compliance to corporate and regulatory compliance. Develops/modifies audit checklists as regulatory requirements change or as supplied by clients or following standards cited. Presents internal audits findings quarterly at management review meetings. Identifies areas of opportunity and supports continual improvement of Audit and Inspection Department as maybe required by Audit & Inspection Manager. Performs other duties related to audit as maybe required by immediate supervisor. Conducts inspection of consumer products (textile, garments, toys and hardlines) to ensure quality merchandise to client’s satisfaction. Performs checking of physical attributes of products as to dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and defects for quality control. Ensures appropriate and prescribed quality standards to conform to clients inspection requirements Coordinates with quality control line of manufactures to obtain manufacturing background and to relay problem area observed during inspection. Conducts factory evaluation surveys, and other technical field inspections in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices. Ensures efficient inspections’ operation and adopts system and procedures to ensure productivity. Prepares inspection reports and inform clients of results in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices as well as draft of invoice for inspection completed. Ensures efficient filing system of records, reports client’s database and other pertinent documents for easy retrieval and update following procedures under ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Manual System. Reports to Audit/Inspection Manager for any critical findings that may adversely affect client’s business and standing in the industry. Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Audit/Inspection Manager from time to time.
