Company Description Luxuriant Automotive Group Inc. is the distributor of GWM in the Philippines. Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Warranty Specialist located in Binãn. The Warranty Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of warranty claims. Day‑to‑day tasks include communicating with customers and service teams, analyzing warranty data, processing warranty claims, and maintaining accurate records. Strong focus on providing high‑quality customer service and solving warranty‑related issues promptly. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Analytical Skills for processing and analyzing warranty data Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in managing and processing Warranty claims Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
