Duties:
- Field Collectors are responsible for reminding and collecting loan payment from the clients, and gathering proof of payment or documentations from them.
- To issue demand letters, if needed. Also, to pull out declared collaterals from clients who are not able to pay their obligations.
- To monitor assigned accounts. And other related tasks assigned by the Immediate Head/Management.

Qualifications:
- Must own a motorcycle with valid OR/CR
- Pro or Non-pro license holder
- Ability to negotiate with borrowers
- At least Highschool graduate
- With experience in collections is a plus but not required
