Job Details Location: Fully Remote, Philippines Rate: $5 - $7 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time Job Type: Part-Time Job Description As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for supporting a property development practice focused on projects in Canada. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can adapt to local zoning rules and regulations, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Requirements Degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, or related field. Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong research skills with ability to quickly understand and apply zoning codes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Develop design concepts, drawings, and plans for property development projects. Research and apply local zoning and building regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the lawyer/owner and other stakeholders to refine project requirements. Prepare and revise architectural drawings and technical documentation. Provide input on project feasibility and design considerations. Qualifications & Attributes Must have excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and adapt to changing circumstances and new technologies. Great logical and verbal reasoning skills. Exceptionally detail-oriented. Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills. Ability to think outside the box. Strong work ethic and interest in learning and growing with the job. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have own work device and a stable internet connection. Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes. Benefits Five paid vacation days per year (additional days may be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
