Job Description

PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY is currently looking for Document Controller/QA/QC to handle the intake, management, and storage of our documents. You will review, process, and file documentation and manage the smooth running of documentation operations. You will also monitor and evaluate internal processes, determine their quality, and engage with students to gather feedback, among other duties.

To be successful, you should be up to date with document management processes and have a detail-oriented mindset. Must have an extensive understanding of document management systems and be able to handle document access, intake, and archiving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
• Retrieving files for employees and customers when needed.
• Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
• Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
