Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-audit checks and reviews prior audit results to ensure the efficiency of the audit engagement process.
  • Implement audit procedures according to plan, adhere to set timelines, and document all observations and sampling methods.
  • Utilize applicable auditing techniques, maintaining cooperative interaction with the audit team for accurate information collection.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of gathered information and conduct objective, in-depth analyses of audit findings.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to draw up recommendations and ensure the immediate implementation of corrective actions.
  • Release compliance audit reports within the specified timeframe, incorporating applicable recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-through on the implementation of action plans to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in both external and internal audit processes.
  • Leverage SAP knowledge as an advantage to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with the audit team to explain audit plans and foster cooperative engagement.
  • Perform at-home-office audit and issue appropriate recommendations or dispositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in both external and internal audit processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, compliance standards, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the audit team.
  • Salary is negotiable.
  • Previous experience at officer level is a plus.
  • Willing to travel.
