We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly in the Public Cloud environment. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO solutions focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP S/4HANA in the cloud. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments and deep expertise in financial processes, integration, and project delivery. Knowledge of BPC consolidation or Group Reporting is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution design and configuration in S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configure FI and CO modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, CO-PA) and provide functional support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive system enhancements. Lead AMS activities: incident and problem management, day-to-day ticket resolution, and post-go-live support. Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other core modules (MM, SD, PP) and with third-party applications. Manage testing strategies, including unit, integration, and UAT, and validate resolutions and enhancements. Maintain technical and functional documentation, update ticketing tools, and monitor SLA/KPI performance. Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users and project teams. Provide SME guidance on S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry-specific solutions. Post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of the SAP FICO solution. Mentor junior consultants and lead client meetings, design sessions, and workshops to ensure alignment and delivery. Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud developments and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Expectations Solid experience as SAP FICO Senior Consultant with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments. Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules (e.g., FI-New GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-CCA, CO-PA). Experience in financial processes, integration, and project delivery in a cloud environment. Preferred knowledge of BPC consolidation or Group Reporting. Ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation activities. Experience with project lifecycles and AMS-related exposure; able to work in a hybrid AMS/Project role. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
