Responsibilities Lead the development of analytics tools and dashboards that monitor the operational performance of MRV activities. Ensure that implementation progress, resource utilization, and field logistics are tracked and reported accurately, supporting strategic decision-making and compliance with MRV standards. Employment Type: Project-based (Full-time). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence or operations analytics, preferably in field-based or multi-stakeholder projects. Curiosity and a learning mindset – Eager to understand the operational dynamics of field-based climate projects. Systems thinking – Design holistic monitoring systems that integrate logistics, finance, and field data. Analytical problem-solving – Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions. Strong communication skills – Translate operational data into actionable insights. Adaptability – Comfortable working in dynamic, field-based environments. Initiative and ownership – Take responsibility for improving systems and processes.
