The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows environments, endpoint security best practices, and enterprise-level support and engineering. Non-Negotiable Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role , with a solid understanding of security best practices Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically on Windows 10 and 11 platforms in enterprise environments Proficiency in PowerShell, VB Scripting, Active Directory GPOs , and client management tools such as Intune or Radia , for managing thousands of PCs in complex network environments Key Responsibilities Provide remote support and problem resolution (24x7) for all Windows workstations across corporate offices, supply plants, distribution centers, district offices, backstage operations, and retail locations Proactively monitor and manage workstations, ensuring deployment of security patches, updates, and system fixes Act as 3rd level escalation support for critical desktop software, operating systems, and edge file server access issues Participate in complex troubleshooting and escalation involving multiple teams and technologies Support and engineer Citrix Workspace virtual PCs and applications in an Azure cloud infrastructure Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with WMI, Windows Installer, .msi, .NET, Java, BitLocker, printing, file system rights, DHCP, DNS, and IP networking Troubleshoot webpage and client-side issues using specialized tools Maintain and update documentation, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support distribution centers, plants, and retail locations with specialized client security needs Contribute to business continuity and security incident response efforts by quickly addressing threats Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS , or equivalent work experience Proven experience in Windows client security and enterprise-level support Strong understanding of rights management, Windows-based file server folder structures, and endpoint protection Knowledge of compliance and security practices in enterprise environments Superior documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to remote and global teams Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
