Responsibilities: Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development. Support project execution and resource allocation. Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives. Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions. Provide technical assistance to team members. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments. Help identify and resolve project challenges. Mandatory Skills Description: Have experienced migration projects before, i.e., migration of the source system from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Experience is a plus but not necessary, however, this would be the main project. The resource should be able to provide inputs/consultancy/assessment of the changes between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA as a source and what adjustments are needed in BW, if any. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team Technical knowledge in package applications Strong communication and leadership skills Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus Languages: At DXC Technology, we prioritize in-person collaboration and encourage employees to work from a DXC office when appropriate. We also recognize that flexibility is important and understand that work arrangements may vary depending on the role and business needs. Your work location may include a DXC office, client site, or—where approved—a remote setting.
