ROLE PURPOSE
-
Provides project planning, scheduling and control services of projects for proper monitoring project execution progress
-
Develops procedures for integrated time and cost control management for projects in meeting revenue targets
-
Identifies, evaluates, mitigates and monitors project risks in collaboration with the Project Manager in ensuring project delivery targets are attained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Update, evaluate and analyze the project accomplishment on cost and schedule vs planned. Then, communicates variances between planned and actual accomplishments and recommend actions to improve work progress to the Project Management Head in facilitating timely management decisions and actions.

Generate accurate and timely submission of project revenue reports for the Leadership and Project Team.

Consolidates all Contractor's WAR submitted by the Project Team. Worked on the translation of WAR and coordination with the Project Team/TSM for signature/client's acknowledgment and revenue recognition by Finance.

Consolidates all Project Contract related documents and provide support to the Project Team on the monitoring of project details and close coordination with the Technical Sales Managers Team to avoid Contract related issues in the future like duration lapses, etc.

Track / Monitor of Material's availability and delivery status in time for project execution.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Graduate of Relevant Engineering Degrees

At least 5 years work experience in project planning/control, project construction management and contract administration

knowledgeable in scheduling activities and tool, integrated time and cost analysis, together with cost control, earned value techniques and risk management

Experienced user of relevant Programme tools and techniques for project control system.

Proven experience in SAP S4/HANA
