Yondu, Inc. Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines DevOps Engineer (Senior to Lead) Join Yondu, Inc. as a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our Managed Services Group operations across resources, productivity, quality control, and SLA compliance. Responsibilities Manage overall operations, ensuring effective resource usage, productivity, and quality control. Serve as a company representative on operational issues. Enhance procedures, systems, and principles in service and operations management and identify opportunities for service expansion. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline team members. Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, appraise, and review job contributions. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards, resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends. Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving products, utilizing equipment, inventory management, and shipping. Analyze process workflow, employee and equipment requirements, and implement changes. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to quality, customer service, or incidents and mishaps. Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems and ensure their effective implementation. Communicate all operating policies and issues. Other job‑related activities that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications Experience in DevOps practices. Database knowledge: MySQL, Snowflake, Aerospike. Platforms: Linux, Kubernetes, Jenkins deployment. CI/CD pipeline management. Knowledge of Camel and other DevOps tools. Ticket handling and documentation processes with improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ITIL® certification is a plus. At least 3+ years of experience in Operations Management. Experience maintaining and managing cloud‑based solutions. Mobile product/service development experience is a plus. In‑depth knowledge of enterprise/consumer products/services/solutions and the technology behind them. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time.
