Role Summary
The Junior Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth initiatives for assigned accounts. The role ensures high-quality client engagement, timely servicing, and effective coordination with internal teams to deliver investment solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, timely servicing, and consistent support that enhances client satisfaction and retention.
- Support Business Growth: Contribute to AUM and revenue growth by identifying client opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in the execution of investment and wealth solutions.
- Ensure Efficient Client Support & Coordination: Deliver seamless account management by coordinating with internal teams for account onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and resolution of client concerns within service standards.
What We’re Looking For in a Successful Candidate
- Relationship Management & Communication Skills: Demonstrates the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial Services & Investment Knowledge: Possesses foundational knowledge of banking, investments, wealth management, or financial markets, with the ability to understand and communicate investment solutions effectively.
- Drive, Integrity, Agility & Attention to Detail: Shows strong initiative, professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and organizational discipline in managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and high-quality execution.
