Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in a related field

- At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.

- Fluency in best practices for app and web-based information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.

- Experience designing applications with many user touch points with a specialty in mobile app and web design.

- Professional skill in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent.

- Ability to focus on, manage, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team in different locations

- Must be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions to stakeholders

- Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include the approach and process.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions."

Job Description:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.

- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all of the teams products.

- Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.

- Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.
