Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off) Employee Referral Program Work Life Balance Your Role Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes across Shopify stores Ensure clean site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and internal linking Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup (Product, Article, FAQ, etc.) Set up and monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and Tag Manager Optimise page speed and performance across desktop and mobile Perform keyword research and content planning for all brands Optimise product/category pages and write SEO-driven blog content Optimise Google My Business listings and location‑specific pages Plan and implement International SEO (e.g., hreflang, subfolders, language targeting) for our expansion markets Track rankings and visibility across multiple regions Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO Monitor and report on performance using GA4, GSC, and Tag Manager Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally with Shopify‑based e‑commerce stores Strong skills in technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and keyword strategy Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.) Fluent in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager Experience with schema markup and structured data Skilled in copywriting and content optimisation Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Surfer for research/content Familiarity with Google Merchant Center feeds About Beepo Beepo is a Probe Group company, a full‑service Australian‑owned outsourcing company, with a team of 15,000 across 6 countries — the largest, and most diverse Australian‑owned customer experience outsourcing provider.
