Overview Maya Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines DevSecOps Manager — Maya Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines As a DevSecOps Manager, you will provide technical expertise across various security domains and layers. You’ll ensure the implementation of the highest security standards throughout our systems while keeping pace with the demands of modern business. This role is critical in embedding security into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Units and pillar partners to foster effective communication and alignment. Clearly communicate expectations to all team members, including timelines, scope, and risks. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Application Security, offering expert guidance and insights. Act as a DevSecOps Champion, promoting and evangelizing secure SDLC practices across Maya. Provide technical security expertise to the Product Engineering group, ensuring security, compliance, and privacy are integrated early in the development process. Support the Office of the CISO with technical security requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in DevSecOps. Qualifications Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, or Information Security. Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile SDLC methodologies. At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Native Applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
