Assist HMO Liaison officers with operational and administrative concerns. Verify patient coverages and HMO details. Assist patients at the window for inquiries related to consultations and procedures. Verify patient member status. Call HMO providers for outpatient approvals and inquiries. Update doctors’ leave or vacation status. Answer telephone inquiries related to HMO concerns. Verify available doctors per schedule at the information department. Check availability of forms per HMO provider and coordinate requests. Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to process LOA requests. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors. About You The company is looking for: A graduate of any 4-year course. Computer literate.
