Job Description
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of physical plant facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance projects, maintaining a budget and timeline.
  • Supervise plant staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to optimize facility operations.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of tools and maintenance supplies.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
