Engineering Head

Job Qualifications:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; licensed engineer is a plus but not required.

• With experience in building facilities/engineering management.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledgeable in HVAC, gensets, elevators, fire protection systems, and building safety codes.

• Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage or must be willing to undergo PCO training.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Amenable to respond during emergencies.

  Job Description:

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations of the building (electrical, mechanical, civil, and plumbing systems).

• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Supervise the performance of maintenance staff and technical contractors.

• Manage equipment inventory, spare parts, and procurement requirements.

• Prepare engineering reports.

• Coordinate with tenants regarding technical concerns.

• Serve as the company's designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO) responsible for environmental compliance, report submissions (e.g., SMR, CMR), and coordination with DENR, LLDA, and other regulatory agencies.
