Overview

You’ll play a key role in designing marketing collateral, digital experiences, and property project branding that bring St Trinity developments to life. From interactive sales journeys and buyer tools to campaign creative and project identities, your work will directly impact how buyers and investors engage with our projects. This is an opportunity to shape the look, feel, and experience of one of Australia’s fastest-growing property groups — both online and offline.

Responsibilities
  • Project Branding & Visual Identity
    • Create compelling design systems and branding for new property developments.
  • Digital & Marketing Collateral
    • Design digital assets, presentations, brochures, websites, landing pages, and advertising creative.
  • User Experience Design
    • Simplify complex buyer journeys into intuitive and engaging experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaboration with Teams
    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative execution.
  • Design Systems & Consistency
    • Build and maintain scalable design processes that ensure brand consistency across projects.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving
    • Explore new tools and creative formats to improve how we present projects to clients and investors.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, product, or visual design, ideally in property, lifestyle, or brand-driven industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work that balances creativity with clarity.
  • Talent for turning complex ideas (like property investment or development features) into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.).
  • Experience with brand identity, marketing design, and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong communication skills — able to collaborate with multiple teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
