Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps for form-based interfaces and custom business applications
- Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation
- Create interactive dashboards and insightful reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
- Manage and transform data using Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboard integration
- Use Microsoft Forms for survey and data input, integrating responses into automated workflows
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, design wireframes, and deliver solutions
- Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, data mappings, and user instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or logic issues in apps, reports, and automation flows
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of developed solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and privacy policies
- Integrate with third-party services and APIs when needed (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Teams)
- Provide training and support to users on developed tools and dashboards
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions for scalability and efficiency
- Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform best practices, feature releases, and trends

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 to 3 years experience
- Experience in MS Power Platform is required; open to resources with no Power Platform experience but have used equivalent tools, i.e., Google coding
- SQL only (SSIS, SSRS, ETL, PowerBI good to have but not required)
- With advanced Excel
- No domain
- Individual Contributor
