Represent the department at university and external meetings. Collaborate with other departments and institutions on interdisciplinary projects. Evaluate and improve departmental policies and procedures. Lead faculty recruitment and retention efforts. Support student recruitment and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards. Facilitate faculty and student research presentations and publications. Organize and participate in departmental events and activities.
