By joining us as a Cybersecurity Service Operations Engineer , you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing employee privilege access management through automation and processes, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and other associated services. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related courses may be substituted with years of experience in the field. 4-8 years of relevant experience in IT, including IAM, Cybersecurity, and Project(s). Strong understanding of the engineering functions for Identity Management tools. Proficiency with Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Directory Services, and Single Sign-On concepts and technologies. Strong understanding and experience with PowerShell scripts. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Security-related certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GREM, and MCSE are a plus. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Implement controls and secure access to sensitive systems and data within an organization, particularly those requiring elevated privileges. Enable Just-in-Time (JIT) access, granting privileged access only when needed and revoking it afterward. Provide comprehensive insight into privileged access operations, monitor user behavior, and address possible security threats. Develop and improve automation and optimization of user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management throughout the identity lifecycle. Implement and manage IGA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including the provision of access review capabilities. Implement changes to IAM systems and processes, ensuring that all modifications are thoroughly tested and documented before transitioning to the production environment.
