Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented female professional with exceptional English communication skills (American English) to handle bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, data entry, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent and confident in English with a neutral or American accent, highly organized, and experienced in QuickBooks. Work Setup Full-time | Remote Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments. Perform data entry with precision and consistency. Maintain financial and administrative records for easy access and accuracy. Provide secretarial and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports as requested by management. Requirements Female candidate with a strong command of American English – both written and spoken. No Filipino accent; must sound natural to U.S.-based clients. Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles. Proficient in QuickBooks (required). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
