We are currently seeking a Security Analyst to be based in our Philippines office. As part of Managed Security Services, the current position includes security operations as well as post‑sales responsibilities. Our Security operations include protection of customers’ sensitive information and services by analyzing security events and reacting accordingly. You are part of the team responsible for detecting, identifying and responding to any potential threat. Our post‑sales actions include maintenance of the deployed security equipment and resolving any issues regarding the service. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day operations. Incident Handling. Event Management. Forensic analysis. Documentation process. Use of Service Desk system. Deploy security solutions. Requirements Bachelor Degree on any ICT related subject. 3 to 4 years working experience in information security related areas. Very good knowledge of TCP/IP stack. Good knowledge of *NIX operating systems. Good knowledge of the well‑known protocols. Working knowledge on NGFW and UTM systems. Able to identify and understand common attacks. Experience with SIEM products. Fluent communication in English both written and oral. Nice to have Master degree in Data Communications or Information Security. NS4 Certification (Network Security Expert 4 provided by Fortinet). Any additional certifications related to InfoSec (CompTIA+, CEH, GSEC etc.).
