BIM Modeller

About the role We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our team at DBX Architectural Consultancy. This full-time role is 100% Remote based (Work-from-home) and will involve creating high-quality 3D Building Information Models (BIM) to support the delivery of architectural and engineering projects. What you'll be doing Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are coordinated and aligned with design intent Generate detailed documentation, including 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model Implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organisation Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends What we're looking for Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in the architectural or construction industry Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks and other tools. Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design principles Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and presentation skills What we offer At DBX Architectural Consultancy, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
