Computer Graphics Inc., founded in 1989, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close sales that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise will directly contribute to driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development:
o Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and their value propositions to align them with customer needs.
o Identify and target potential clients through industry events, market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
o Utilize multiple lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
• Client Engagement:
o Build strong and lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
o Conduct in-depth consultations to identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
o Schedule and attend meetings with key decision-makers to present solutions effectively.
o Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, strengthening the company's brand presence.
o Build a network of industry contacts to create new business opportunities and stay connected with market developments.
• Sales Strategy:
o Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
o Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, competitor activities, market dynamics, and potential threats.
• Presentations and Demonstrations:
o Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations, addressing client needs and highlighting the value of CGI's solutions.
o Customize presentations to resonate with the specific goals and challenges of each client.
• Negotiation and Closing:
o Prepare and present proposals, pricing structures, and contract terms in collaboration with internal teams.
o Negotiate effectively to secure agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
o Close sales deals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Account Management:
o Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns and promotional strategies.
o Partner with customer support and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for clients.
o Collaborate with other sales executives to share best practices, insights, and leads that could benefit the overall sales strategy.
• Reporting and Analytics:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities; tracking progress from initial contact to closure.
o Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, forecasting, detailing progress, challenges, and potential areas of improvement for management review.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.
o Work with the customer support team to provide seamless after-sales service, ensuring customer retention and repeat business.
o Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
