Responsibilities Customer Delivery & Projects Perform NetSuite implementation, personalization, integration and support activities as directed by senior team members. Take ownership of the assigned project tasks and ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality constraints, exceeding SLA standards. Maintain and control the Services artefacts in line with approved methodologies, standards and templates. Use a consultative approach to deliver high‑quality services, ensuring the customer is referenceable at project completion. Escalate potential issues to relevant parties, proactively identifying and resolving problems. Support Assistance Provide direct support desk assistance when required. Escalate issues appropriately and use correct channels internally and with customers to ensure resolution within agreed timeframes. Product Knowledge Demonstrate a broad understanding of NetSuite ERP foundational concepts, including features, standard modules, user roles and permissions, dashboards and reports, and common process areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. Draw upon product knowledge to develop and present solutions. Install and update configuration across the core modules of NetSuite. Know the installation requirements for client applications. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Functional Consultant. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Information Systems (recent graduate accepted). Understanding of project management.
