Job Overview: Team Lead – Game Recording Production The Team Lead plays a key role in the Game Recording Production Line , responsible for organizing and supervising the recording team to achieve daily production goals. This position combines operational oversight with hands‑on participation to ensure that all video and log outputs meet project standards. The Team Lead also functions as a trainer, mentor, and first‑level quality controller, maintaining high standards of performance and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Task and Production Management Review task lists assigned by the Project Manager (PM) and confirm the game’s tier, recording duration, and technical requirements. Organize and assign recording tasks to players, ensuring each task is properly distributed (1 game task = 1 player = 1 save = 1 recording kit). Conduct mid‑session recording checks every hour to monitor progress and output quality. Ensure all recordings follow the correct file naming conventions, contain complete visuals, have synchronized audio, and are free from interruptions. 2. Player Training and Supervision Train new players on the recording workflow and provide on‑site supervision as needed. Ensure all players adhere strictly to the recording standards and the Player Video Recording Agreement. Identify underperforming players or recurring errors, provide corrective feedback, and maintain performance records. 3. Quality Control (First‑Level QC) Utilize internal tools to perform preliminary quality checks (QC) on all recorded videos. Verify video quality, audio synchronization, file structure, and consistency with controller event logs. Log any detected issues in the Video Issue Tracker and notify the QC team for secondary verification. 4. Reporting and Handover Submit daily progress reports and highlight any production abnormalities to the Team Head and QC Department. Complete and submit the shift handover checklist at every shift change to ensure proper documentation and continuity. Perform daily rotation checks of recording kits and confirm device functionality using the provided checklist. 5. Performance and Issue Handling Immediately report and follow up on any recording errors or quality issues. Record and elevate any technical or procedural problems that could impact production efficiency. Support the Team Head in monitoring team performance and maintaining training and attendance records. Qualifications Skills & Experience Familiarity with Xbox platform games and console recording workflows. Basic knowledge of video QC standards. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; able to supervise multiple players and manage simultaneous recording tasks. Graduate of Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field preferred. Experience in video production , data collection , or game testing is an advantage. Candidates with IT support or hardware maintenance experience are highly preferred. Education Associate degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
