Contract Administrator

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Contract Administrator for MTerra Solar Project in Gapan, Nueva Ecija , with minimum of 5 years’ experience, specializes in Construction projects, overseeing contracts from a cost and commercial perspective, handling claims, managing variations and ensuring project costs and defending claims and counterclaims in accordance with contractual obligation and applicable laws. Key Responsibilities Monitor contract compliance and ensure timely execution of contractual obligations by all parties. Maintain detailed and organized contract records and correspondence. Prepare reports, executive summaries regarding contract status, dashboards, claims progress, and risk exposure. Review and assess Contractor’s Interim application of payments, analyze Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders, Loss and Expense Submission, and Employer’s Counterclaims. Work with project teams to gather supporting documents and ensure accuracy and substantiation of claims. Identify potential contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with Contract Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors, and other relevant Project stakeholders. Attend meetings related to contractual disputes, claims resolution, and negotiations. Prepare reports, executive summaries regarding contract status, dashboards, claims progress, and risk exposure. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration with a focus on claims and counterclaims in a construction environment. Strong knowledge of contract law, contracts forms (i.e. FIDIC) , and dispute resolution mechanisms. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with a contract management tool is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija for the project duration. Willing to accept project-based status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
