Qualifications- Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any business-related courses
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pleasing personality with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- With 1 year and above experience in doing sales, preferably in real estate
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles, Pampanga
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value customers
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for senior management
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Update on industry trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources to maximize sales performance

Position Summary
The Business Development Associate/Assistant supports the Company’s team in the various aspects of business development to ensure timely and consistent delivery of services to clients. They will help drive sales, attract new clients, and build solid relationships while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing projects, and identifying new opportunities. Reports to Head of Business Development.
Job Functions and Responsibilities- BUSINESS REPRESENTATION & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Coordinate with potential and existing clients; build trusting relationships; present services; ensure timely and accurate information; assist in campaigns and meetings; conduct marketing and sales activities.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develop and maintain CRM; manage client/referrer data; handle inquiries; maintain community database; coordinate EAP services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and time management skills
- Marketing and Sales skills; ability to conduct research and prepare high-quality reports
- Ability to work independently and with a team; accountability and integrity
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Management (CHED-accredited HEI)
- Experience: Relevant experience in business development or a similar field preferred
- Based in the Company’s Main Office in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga
- Travel may be required to other locations
- Compliance with Health and Safety Protocols
- Salary: Php15,000.00 – Php21,000.00 per month
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, Health insurance, On-site parking, Paid training
- Schedule: Flexible shift, Monday to Friday
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Commission pay, Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Experience: 1 year in Business Development and Marketing preferred; Customer service experience preferred.
