FCC Policy

Your Role The FCC Officer (Policy & Advisory) shall be responsible for providing assistance to the job functions of the FCC Lead. The FCC Officer will assist in FCC-related advisory services to all units of MPI. The FCC Officer is also expected to fulfill all FCC-related training requirements for all units of MPI. How you will contribute Providing advisory services to all units within MPI, including Trust, on AML/CFT, Sanctions, and Anti-bribery and Corruption (AB&C) policies, including basic KYC and risk assessment, and financial crime-related checks on clients, partners, and employees of MPI; Delivering trainings which cover AML/CFT, Sanctions, AB&C, plus other requested FCC classroom-type courses to MPI employees; Assisting the FCC Lead in driving the regional implementation of the FCC Transformation Program; Assisting in the timely submission of Management Information (MI) reports to the FCC Unit Head for reporting to Management Committee (MANCOM), Risk Management Committee (RMC), Board of Directors (BOD) and Group Financial Crime Compliance (GFCC); Providing assistance to the FCC Lead during external and internal audit or examination; Providing assistance to the FCC Lead in monitoring and ensuring that corrective actions and remediation projects are executed or completed in accordance with the committed timeline; Providing assistance to the FCC Lead in ensuring that the FCC Unit is compliant with the Business Continuity requirements of the Bank; Any other tasks relevant to the discharge of the FCC function, that may be assigned from time to time.
