Ns Harbor Master

The Harbor Master is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of tenders and rescue boats between thePort of Nassau and Royal Beach Club Paradise Island. The key duties include but not limited to managing tender traffic,coordinating safe docking and undocking procedures, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, supervising WaterTaxi Team, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Harbor Master also monitors weather and sea conditions,handles logistics related to loading and unloading cargo, and serves as the primary point of contact for ships, portauthorities, and emergency services related Royal Beach Club Paradise Island to ensure smooth port operations. This rolesupports the Operations Director in all operational aspects of Harbor Operations to ensure the Destination performanceobjectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceedCompany’s targets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, excellent Guestand Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standards.
