Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic initiatives to grow sales funnel and landing new clients / enterprise accounts.
- Manage end to end of sales process.
- Cross sell different services to prospect clients & liaise with relevant internal departments.
- Experienced in senior stakeholder management, including C-level and HR heads.
- Required experience in "selling" HRtech and/or talent services or similar.
- Flexible WFH structure that requires attending client sites, expos, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Must live in Metro Manila or nearby.
This position will be working with experts in providing the Talent Solutions and developing optimal organization efficiency required for companies to sustain and succeed in a competitive world.
