1. Accounting and Bookkeeping Record daily financial transactions in the company’s books of accounts. Monitor and reconcile cash advances, expenses, and collections. Prepare vouchers, checks, receipts, and other supporting documents. Maintain an organized filing system for accounting and financial records. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required. 2. Liaison and Coordination Duties Process business permits, registrations, and renewals with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and LGUs. Handle bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and government offices for payments and document submissions. Ensure timely settlement of bills, utilities, and other obligations. Facilitate courier and document delivery between offices or branches. 3. Administrative Support Assist in monitoring office supplies, equipment, and other operational needs. Provide support during audits and compliance checks. Help ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or liaison work Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and government transactions Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Trustworthy, resourceful, and capable of working independently With valid driver’s license (an advantage but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
