Overview Job Description Position Title : Office Mechanical Engineer Work Set-up : WFO Schedule : 7am – 4pm PHT Salary : P80K – 100K Holidays : PH Holidays Our client’s story began by taking their own work experiences with big oil / US Military and starting a company to assist construction companies succeed in the fuels construction business. As a Mechanical Engineer : You will play a critical role in supporting our client’s international construction and fuels projects by delivering clear technical documentation, performing mechanical takeoffs, and contributing to data reporting. This role requires a well-rounded professional who combines engineering expertise with strong technical writing and software proficiency. You will be responsible for adapting existing scopes of work to new project requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity, and helping bridge communication between technical and non-technical team JOB DESCRIPTION AS A MECHANICAL ENGINEER : Your Responsibilities as as a Mechanical Engineer : Create and adapt detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for mechanical systems used in international construction projects. Analyze and modify legacy documentation to meet new project requirements. Perform mechanical quantity takeoffs to support estimation and planning. Contribute to the preparation of project-related data reports. Collaborate with estimators, designers, project managers, and clients to ensure documents align with scope and expectations. Maintain engineering documentation standards in line with international client expectations (APAC, US, AU, etc). Qualifications as a Mechanical Engineer : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer supporting international clients (APAC, US, AU). Strong background in technical writing and documentation, especially for Scopes of Work. Experience working in the construction or trades industry is a strong advantage. Proficiency in mechanical quantity takeoffs and relevant estimating techniques. Competent in data reporting tools (e.g., Excel) and engineering analysis. Proficiency in key engineering software including : AutoCAD SolidWorks ANSYS MATLAB CATIA High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
