OverviewAs the VP, HR Business Partner – Philippines Country Leader , you’ll be the senior advisor to our executive team. You’ll lead the HR strategy, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and create an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership in the Philippines.
- Proven experience as a strategic HR leader in a Financial Services or Banking GCC .
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong track record of influencing executives and leading large teams.
- Experience with HR technology and HR analytics.
- Regional or global HR leadership exposure.
- Experience leading large‑scale change initiatives.
- Take on one of the most senior HR roles in the Philippines.
- Lead strategy for a workforce of 4,000+ employees.
- Partner directly with top executives and make a measurable impact.
