• Provide timely technical support to internal users.
• Ensure high restore success rates for system and network issues.
• Monitor and improve internal customer satisfaction related to IT services.
• Respond to IT support requests within the established response time.
• Minimize mean time to repair (MTTR) for technical issues.
• Optimize IT support expenses per user while maintaining quality service.
• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising IT efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain network availability to minimize downtime.
• Implement security measures to prevent and mitigate breaches.
• Ensure network stability through regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Continuously improve technical skills in information and communication technology.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
• Assist in training staff on IT-related matters as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and network management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
