Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and repair steps. Coordinate repair or replacement services as needed. Document all cases accurately in the system. Follow technical procedures and safety standards. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Work closely with technical teams for escalations and complex repairs.
