Responsibilities

  • Handles Accounts Payable System
  • Prepares journal vouchers
  • Ensure timely processing for payment of government taxes and accomplish necessary BIR forms
  • Prepares balance sheet analysis and reconciliation of GL against SL balances
  • Preparation of other reports: detailed register (with SI and with DR); weekly schedule of raw materials deliveries
  • Perform other tasks that may be deemed necessary to support his/her immediate superior
Qualifications
  • BS Accountancy / Financial Management
  • Knowledgeable and competent in accounting principles, practices, and government regulations
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience is an advantage
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
  • With a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel
