Maintaining contact with existing customers, addressing their concerns, and fostering long-term relationships. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team or company. Providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keeping track of stock levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. Maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, and handling transactions accurately.
