Johnson & Johnson is hiring an Accountant, Global Account to Report within our Global Services Finance team. This role is based in Paranaque, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines . Overview As a member of our Global Finance team, you will be an integral part of the Account to Report function. You will contribute to cost‑effective, results‑based accounting programs and support compliance with GAAP, internal audit, and SOX. J&J is an equal‑opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage accounting and daily operations for the Intercompany Accounting process area. Ensure timely closing and execution of financial periods in accordance with the closing calendar and SLA commitments. Maintain accuracy and completeness of reported actuals within the process/entity scope. Perform balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items and support continuous improvement. Participate in internal and external audit activities and ad‑hoc requests. Train and mentor new team members on accounting practices. Support auditors and legal authorities with required documentation. Identify compliance risks, recommend solutions, and enforce world‑wide policies and procedures. Qualifications 1–2 years of work experience in accounting or finance. Background in accounting or related coursework. Experience with ERPs, such as SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additional Information Relocation to a new office in BGC, Taguig City is expected by Q2 2026, pending project developments.
